"Sean Jones, the salesman, was terreific. He answered all our questions and took alot of time explaining the operation of the vehcile to us. There were no pressure sales and went above and beyond his job description to ensure that we were brought up to speed about the information and operation of our new vehicle. Buying a new vehcile is stressful for anyone, and Sean made the experience pleasurable with as little stress as possible. John Ward was also great during the finance period. He explaned all the warranties and made sure that we understood what we needed in aftermarket products. There was no pressure sales from John on any products, especially those that we did not need. This is the second vehicle that a family member has brought from McGeorge Toyota within a month. Ali, who was the salesman at the used car center assisted my daughter in purchasing her first vehicle. He took his time explaining the vehicle to her and what she needed. A first time vehicle buyer doesn't know much about pruchasing a vehicle, and Ali made it an enlightening education for her. CJ handled the financing for her and took his time explaining everything to her and made sure that she made informed decisions toward her financing. Because of our experience with Ali and CJ, we chose to go back and buy another vehicle from McGeorge Toyota.
