"My husband and I visited on a fact-gathering visit knowing that in a few months we were going to want to buy a mini-van. We went in with no expectation of buying a van that day. We had been to two other dealerships earlier in the day and just wanted to see what Toyota had to offer. Even knowing that we weren't intending on buying that day, we didn't feel pressured to buy, but just felt that they really worked with us to give us a great deal and worked with us to get our payments where we needed them.
