"David Lowenhagen immediately responded, and an excellent e-mail discussion ensued on the next morning. He listened, researched, and responded helpfully and thoughtfully. He found that what we were looking for was possibly set to arrive in two or three weeks but invited us to test-drive a similar model on the lot. We made an appointment with him for that Friday. The car we test-drove was a pleasure to drive and to sit in, and we liked its looks, as well. David found that the car we'd discussed in our e-mail conversation had begun its assembly even as we were sitting there!
