We had a positive experience purchasing our 2012 Venza at McGeorge Toyota. My spouse and I have variable schedules and two small children. E-mail is the easiest way for me to communicate and Sean Jones was prompt and accurate in addressing my questions. He kept us up to date on when our car would arrive. Sean was very informative and nice to work with when we stoppped by for a test drive with just a few hours notice. When our car arrived Sean went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience (he even e-mailed a photo of it coming off of the truck!). The dealership was very busy and he stayed with us until the end and the purchase was complete. Richard Tiffin, our financial services contact, was also great. He was sensitive to our time and helpful with finding the right bank for our loan. Every person we encountered at the dealership was friendly and also nice to our children. We appreciate the customer service that we received. Thank you for making our first Richmond car buying experience a good one!
